Program Rules & Parameters

Authorization & Eligibility

To qualify to submit sales transactions, earn and redeem points in the system, users must be actively employed by an authorized Trijicon dealer / distributor, and approved for access by Trijicon. In order to use the system. Users must create account and submit to Trijicon for approval. Once approved for access users must fulfill the education requirement set by Trijicon by completing lesson and quiz content, in order to be eligible submit transactions, accumulate and redeem points. Users must pass the quiz at the end of each lesson in order to successfully fulfill the education requirement. Once education requirement has been fulfilled, the user may submit transactions for points and redeem points. User accounts may be deactivated after two years of inactivity, if any change in employment occurs, or for any other reason at the discretion of Trijicon. Failure to comply with program rules may result in account / program access suspension or termination. Program details and pricing are subject to change at Trijicon’s discretion. Lesson content, program details, and pricing are confidential and not to be disclosed without prior permission by Trijicon. Users must be eligible to purchase Trijicon products in compliance with all regulations set by Trijicon, or any legal / government entities

Submitting Transactions / Earning Points

To submit a transaction, user must provide product make & model, serial number, image of receipt, and image of barcode label on packaging. Incomplete or incorrect transaction submissions are subject to review and may not be accepted. Transactions may be submitted for points on sales of products approved by Trijicon, for a point value determined and assigned by Trijicon. All product sold at retail through the Trijicon Rewards Program must be new and unused to be eligible for points. Trade-ins are ineligible and points will not be awarded for sales of used items. Returned products (whether “new in package” or not) are not eligible to earn points for the Rewards program. Sales transactions of Trijicon OASYS, Trijicon CCAS, Trijicon Gear and Apparel and AMERIGLO products are not eligible to earn points through the Trijicon Rewards Program. Point values and product eligibility are subject to change. Transactions will be vetted and approved by Trijicon. Once approved, points will accumulate in the system. Transaction information can only be submitted once, duplicative transactions or system misuse may result in account / program access suspension or termination. Users are only permitted to submit their own executed transactions through the program. Sharing or transferring receipts or transaction information to other employees or management personnel for submission is prohibited. Trijicon Rewards Program points are only eligible for sales completed in store at an authorized Trijicon dealer. In order to be eligible for Trijicon Rewards, sales transactions must be individual sales to a retail consumer / end user. Contract sales or sales to other resellers and retailers are not eligible for the Trijicon Rewards Program. For Law Enforcement Sales, only in store individual officer purchases of Trijicon products will qualify for Rewards points, department wide bids are not eligible. Sales transactions which occurred prior to enrollment in the Trijicon Rewards Program do not qualify. Sales transactions with a date of sale prior to the account registration date of the Rewards User are not eligible for points.

Redeeming Points / Discount Use

Points can be redeemed for discount credit up to 4x per year. Redemptions should not exceed the dollar value of intended purchase, as any outstanding balance on the discount code will be forfeited at time of purchase. Points stored within the system will not expire unless account is terminated due to inactivity or change in employment eligibility, or any other reason determined by Trijicon. Discounts can only be applied to orders placed on Trijicon.com or via the Rewards Portal for Electro Optics Products only Discount code must be inputted at time of order. Any remaining balance of discount not used at time of order will be forfeited. Discount codes may be applied to Trijicon products available for sale on Trijicon.com and Electro Optics Products. Discounts cannot be applied to Trijicon OASYS products, AMERIGLO products or Trijicon Gear and Apparel. Products eligible for discount are subject to change. Discount codes are one-time use, are non-transferrable, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Discount codes will be applied to the full order value, including MSRP value of all purchased Trijicon products and applicable taxes and fees. If the total cost of the order exceeds the value of the discount code, users will need to provide another payment method for the balance. If a discount code is applied to a purchase on Trijicon.com or via the Rewards Portal, and the order is returned for a refund, exchanged, or cancelled by the purchaser, the discount code will be lost and will not be re-issued. Only monetary funds paid directly by user payment will be refunded. No points or value applied from points will be refunded/reimbursed. If a discount code is applied to a purchase on Trijicon.com or via the Rewards Portal and the order is canceled by Trijicon, equivalent points for that discount value will be manually deposited back into the user’s account by Trijicon. Expect standard order processing times. Normal taxes and shipping fees apply. Trijicon is required to issue an IRS Form 1099 to any Rewards Program User who has redeemed for a rewards discount in the amount of $600 or more through the program during the tax year. The Rewards Program User is responsible for filing and payment of any applicable taxes to the IRS in advance of the tax deadline. Any products purchased using discount codes earned through the program are intended for personal use only and are not eligible for resale. Earned discounts are not redeemable for cash, points do not have cash value.

Redemption Section

Note: Discount codes are one-time use only and cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. Redemption requests should not exceed the dollar value of the intended purchase. If a discount code is applied to an order of lesser value than the discount, the remaining balance of the discount will be forfeited. (Example: If you redeem points valued at $800, and apply the discount to an order valued at $500 the remaining $300 balance of the discount will be lost and will not be reissued.) Points can be redeemed up to 4x per year.
